Returns Policy
If you wish to return a product purchased from our online store, you can do so easily, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, in two ways:
Fill out the return form that you will find in our eshop, telling us the reason for the return and also asking if you want a replacement, exchange or refund. Then contact us by phone or email to let us know and start the return process. Send the product to us with the same courier company with which your package was originally sent to you. When returning, the proof of sale (retail receipt or invoice) you received at the time of original delivery must be present in the package and the product must be undamaged and unopened. We will, after receiving, carefully examine the returned product, inform you by e-mail within a reasonable time if you are entitled to a refund or replacement, which will be carried out as soon as possible and always within 30 calendar days of receipt of the returned products from us.
Broken or damaged products during shipping: For products that have been damaged or broken during shipping, you must inform us immediately (within 3 calendar days of receipt) with photographic material so that we can proceed with their immediate replacement.
- In the case of defective products, for which replacement is not possible or you no longer wish to replace, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs.
- In the case of our own error, we will fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
- In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products minus the shipping and/or cash on delivery costs that you have initially paid is returned.
Non-defective products: You can exchange or return the product within (14) fourteen calendar days from the day you receive the package. All products are returned only if their packaging is sealed and in any case unused. In exchange of a non-defective product, the return costs are borne by the company, but for the resending of a new product, the charge is borne by the customer.

Visit the Bloom-Bloom store and our staff will be happy to serve you. For orders made through our online store, it is not possible to refund money in our physical store. You can change or replace the products.
