Only in Greece you are able to choose between two transport companies, the one you want to deliver your order.

1. Shipping by ELTA courier

Shipments of orders via ELTA courier are dispatced daily and delivery is usually completed in 1-2 working days for areas within Attica, 2-3 working days for the rest of mainland Greece and the islands, while for hard-to-reach areas it takes 3-5 working days.

Attention: In case that there is no ELTA courier branch in your area, your order will be delivered to the nearest public post office from where it should be collected. Consider this when choosing this company for your shipment.

The shipping cost with ELTA courier for the whole of Greece is 2.50 euros for parcels weighing up to 2 kilograms, while you are charged an extra 1.00 euro for each additional kilogram.

2. Shipping by ACS courier

Shipments of orders via ACS courier are dispatched daily and delivery is usually completed in 1-2 working days for areas within Attica, 1-3 working days for the rest of mainland Greece and the islands, while for hard-to-reach areas it takes 3-5 working days.

The cost of shipping with ACS courier is as follows:

Within Attica / Land / Island destinations: 3.50 euros for parcels weighing up to 2 kilograms, +1.00 euros for each additional kilogram.

Hard-to-reach areas: 5.00 euros for weight up to 2 kg, +1.00 euros for each additional kg.

3. Shipping by DHL express

International shipments are made only with DHL express.

Cash on delivery as a payment method for overseas is not supported.

We recommend that the payment should be from the same bank so that you are not burdened by the costs of the order because the payment is considered complete only when the payment is complete. If, however, you choose to pay from another bank, the remittance will be at the sender's expense ("OUR", not "SHA"). 2. Cash on delivery (only for Greece)

You can pay the courier distributor in cash, upon receipt of your order. Payment by cash on delivery is only applicable for deliveries within Greece, which incurs cash on delivery costs per order in the amount of 2.00 euros, regardless of the volume of the parcel. The maximum order amount that can be paid by cash on delivery is €350.00.

3. Through PAYPAL

By choosing to pay with PayPal, we enable you to pay for your order using the safest and most widely used payment method worldwide.

Once you have completed filling in all the remaining information required to place the order, you will automatically be transferred to the secure Paypal site, from where you will have the option to either fill in your credit card information directly or log in to your existing Paypal account and use your saved data with just one click.

By using Paypal for your transactions, you do not give your credit card details to every online store but only to PayPal.

4. By credit/debit card

The use of your credit card for your purchases in the bloom-bloomshop.com online store is completely safe, as the registration of the card details is done in the secure environment of the National Bank of Greece.

About your order:

1) All parcels include a legal retail receipt or wholesale invoice depending on the sale as required by law.

2) After we have delivered your order to the courier company, we will send you the tracking number of your order to your email in order to see the progress of your package. In case you encounter any problem, please contact us immediately at tel. 2105135194, so we can help you.

3) It is possible that due to some factors (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, inability of courier companies to deliver on time, etc.) which are independent of our company, the order may not be delivered to you in the time period mentioned above. In these cases our company bears no responsibility.
